The range depends on the program format: a basic program with one IVF cycle, or a guaranteed program that covers repeated cycles and embryo transfers until a live birth. This page is about the country of Georgia (Tbilisi), not the US state.

The basic program ($52,500–$62,500) includes one IVF cycle and one embryo transfer. Each additional transfer or cycle is quoted separately. The guaranteed program ($75,000–$82,500) covers repeated stimulation, repeated transfers and, if necessary, a replacement surrogate until a live birth, for one fixed price. Couples with few embryos or previous IVF failures usually choose the guaranteed format.
Under Article 143 of the Law of Georgia on Health Care, gestational surrogacy is available to heterosexual couples who are married or have lived together for at least one year, with a medical indication and a genetic link to the child from at least one partner. Single parents and same-sex couples are not eligible. As of October 2026 foreign couples remain eligible; a 2023 proposal to restrict programs for foreigners has not been enacted.
